Connect With Me

Welcome to Calm Waters Therapy

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you've spent so much time carrying things on your own. Therapy offers space to be heard, understood, and supported without judgment.

I'm Jade Kemp, MS, LMHC, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. I am also pursuing a PhD in Psychology. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in meeting you where you are. Together, we can explore what you're experiencing and work toward meaningful change.
